• The Company, through the yunyi portal/panel, is responsible for the collection and sampling of personal data for the purpose of submitting samples as part of anonymous paid online surveys commissioned by third parties either directly to the Company or to other parties with whom the Company collaborates. • The quantity and adequacy of the data provided will be assessed individually at the time required to determine the final decision and avoid processing of data beyond what is necessary for the purpose pursued.
• We will not use your personal data for the purposes described in this policy unless we notify you in advance and obtain your consent where necessary.
• How will you use my data? One of the Company's objectives is to protect the data provided to us and its processing is based on correctness, legality and transparency. Your personal data will be processed with the highest security and confidentiality with the help of state-of-the-art IT systems and software.
• How long will you retain my information? Your personal data will be stored from receipt/update for the period consistent with the purposes of processing stated above. User data recorded on the yunyi portal/panel will generally be retained as long as the user remains "active" while participating in paid surveys. The company promises to delete all data related to users within 48 months of their last participation in a paid survey.
